Refund Policy

Subscription Billing

PostMagnet offers two types of subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plans: Billed every month on the date you subscribed
  • Annual Plans: Billed once per year, offering a 20% discount compared to monthly billing

All subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your ContentMagnet subscription at any time through your account settings.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all features until the paid period expires
  • No further charges will be made
  • You will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless specified below.

Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our service:

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds once the billing cycle has begun. You will retain access to the service for the remainder of the paid month.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

Exceptions

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • Policy Violations: Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Account Suspensions: Suspensions due to misuse, fraud, or abuse of the platform
  • Partial Use: Partial use of the service during a billing cycle (e.g., "I only used it for 2 weeks")
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted simply because you changed your mind after the refund window has passed
  • Third-Party Issues: Issues related to LinkedIn, payment processors, or other third-party services beyond our control

We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account

If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your payment provider or reach out to our support team.

Free Plan

The ContentMagnet Free plan does not require payment and is available to all users at no cost. Since there are no charges associated with the Free plan, refunds do not apply.

You may use the Free plan indefinitely, or upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

  • Transaction date
  • Reason for refund

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.
