PostMagnet provides AI-powered content generation and LinkedIn scheduling tools designed to help founders and professionals build their authority on LinkedIn. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

To use ContentMagnet, you must:

• No Password Storage: We never ask for or store your LinkedIn password

By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize ContentMagnet to access and interact with your LinkedIn profile according to the permissions you grant.

You agree not to use ContentMagnet to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate LinkedIn's or any other platform's policies
• Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use guidelines.

ContentMagnet offers monthly and annual subscription plans:

• Billing Cycles: Monthly plans are billed every month; annual plans are billed once per year
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds: Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our Refund Policy.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using ContentMagnet, including AI-generated posts and materials. You grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the service.

Our Platform: ContentMagnet owns all rights to the software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the platform. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service.

ContentMagnet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services, including LinkedIn

You use ContentMagnet at your own risk and are responsible for how you use the content generated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse the platform
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• We will notify you via email or through the platform
• Material changes will take effect 30 days after notification

Your continued use of ContentMagnet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
